Conference Registration

Registration is now CLOSED as we reached the maximum number of delegates. We look forward to welcoming you soon at the conference!

Registration to the conference includes access to sessions, exhibits, the welcome reception and all meal functions (breaks & lunches).  Registrations do not include the pre-conference workshops which takes place on Monday, Nov 7.

All fees are in Canadian Dollars and are subject to GST tax of 5%. Hotel accommodations at the Sheraton Wall Centre can be booked when registering for EPBC 2022 Conference.

Terms and Conditions

Methods of payment: All registration fees must be paid by credit card (VISA or MasterCard), cheque, or EFT (Canadian bank accounts only). Any bank charges incurred (including NSF charges or credit card chargebacks for challenged registrations) must be paid by the sender and not the Organizer or the Conference Secretariat. Credit card is the preferred payment method and results in an instant confirmation of attendance. All transactions will appear on the credit card statement as a payment to Venue West Conference Services. Attendees who wish to pay by bank or e-transfer will receive an invoice by email. Invoices are payable within 30 days after receipt, or before the first day of the Conference if the registration date is less than 30 days prior to the start of the Conference.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations are permitted until Friday, September 30, 2022. Registrants will receive a full refund less a CAD $50 processing fee. Cancellations must be submitted via email to the Conference Secretariat no later than Friday, September 30, 2022, by emailing epbcregistration@venuewest.com. Registrants wishing to cancel after Friday, September 30, 2022, will not be eligible for a refund. For registration transfers, see above.
