The main Exhibitor Hall is fully booked! We are happy to announce that a new exhibit space is being opened on the 3rd floor because of the high demand for booths!

Trade Show Hours:

Tuesday, November 8: 8:00am - 4:00pm                                                                                                                                                              Wednesday, November 9: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Exhibitor Package:

• One exhibitor badge to attend the full EPBC 2022 Conference during the exhibit days.     
• Trade show exhibit booth 8' x 10' including 6ft table with 2 chairs. 
• Exhibitors are asked to stay set up for the full duration of the show. 
• Exhibitors are asked to bring a small gift for the prize draw.
• All booths will be based on a first come first serve basis so if you wish to participate, please book online as soon as possible. 
• Floor plan will be shared once the payment is received. Every effort will be made to accommodate your choices but it is not guaranteed.
• If another person from your company would like to be at the booth they will need to register as a delegate of the conference.
